Refund Request Time Frame: We offer a 30-day refund period starting from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Step 1: Contact us at support@macdilo.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like a refund.
  • Step 2: We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
  • Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets our refund conditions, we’ll process your refund via PayPal. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment).

2. Return Policy

Return Conditions: Products must be returned unused, clean, and in their original packaging, complete with tags. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

4. Exchanges or Replacements
