Orders and Payment
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can request to cancel or modify an order within 6 hours of a successful purchase. After this timeframe, the order cannot be changed as it will have entered the processing stage. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
What if I miss the 6-hour window?
If you miss the 6-hour window, you will need to wait to receive the product and then follow the return process outlined in our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we exclusively accept payments via PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance or securely use a credit/debit card through PayPal's payment gateway without needing an account.
What currency are all prices charged in?
All transactions on our website are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.49 USD to all orders. Free shipping for orders of $79 or more.
When will I receive my order?
The total estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. This timeframe includes:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (Monday - Saturday).
- Shipping Time: 7-15 business days (Monday - Saturday).
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Australia.
Will I have to pay additional taxes or customs fees?
No. We guarantee the price you pay at checkout is the final price and there will be no additional fees upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
We will cover all return shipping costs. We provide a pre-paid label for all eligible returns, meaning you pay nothing to ship the item back to us.
Will I get a full refund?
Your refund will be a full refund, which includes the product price and the original shipping fee ($6.49 USD).
Do you accept exchanges?
If you prefer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the process and cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange or replacement.
