3. Modification Options

Within the allowed 6-hour window, you may request the following changes, subject to availability and feasibility:

  • Changes to product quantity or details (e.g., size, color).

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully made within the 6-hour timeframe, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Requests After the 6-Hour Window

If you wish to make a change after the 6-hour window has passed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow the procedure in our Refund and Returns Policy.
