Why We Do Not Accept General Returns

Made to order and customized products cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

This policy allows us to operate responsibly while focusing on resolving genuine issues quickly.

When Refunds or Replacements Apply

Customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or printing defect, is incorrect, or differs significantly from the product description.

Requests must be submitted within thirty days of delivery.

No Return Required

To reduce waste and speed up resolutions, Macdilo does not require customers to return affected items. This allows issues to be resolved efficiently.

How to Submit a Request

Customers can contact our support team by email with the order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation of the problem.

Support requests are reviewed and answered within twenty four to forty eight business hours.

Our Promise

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Replacement items are produced and shipped at no additional cost.
