Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time from Monday to Saturday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on Sundays and holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Because each item is made to order, production begins only after the order is confirmed.
Handling times vary depending on the destination and production requirements, ensuring each item meets quality standards before shipping.

Macdilo currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
All orders are shipped using standard shipping directly from our production partners to the customer.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate of 6.49 USD applies to all orders. Free shipping is available for orders totaling 79 USD or more.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
