At Macdilo, each product is made to order or customized specifically for our customers. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in good condition and exactly as described.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement if your item meets one of the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item, design, or personalization)
- The product differs significantly from the description or approved customization
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
No Returns Required
Due to the nature of made-to-order and print-on-demand products, we do not require customers to return items. Returned products cannot be resold or reused, and this policy allows us to resolve issues faster and more efficiently.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.
Refund Process
- If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will include the product price and the original shipping fee when applicable.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though exact timing may vary by bank or payment provider.
Replacements
- If you choose a replacement, a new item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
- All replacement shipping fees are fully covered by Macdilo.
- Production and delivery timelines for replacements may vary.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or texture due to screen settings or material characteristics
