Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday - Saturday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $6.49 USD applies to all orders. Free shipping for orders of $79 or more.

2. Shipping Destinations (Service Areas)

We currently ship to the following countries, divided into two groups:

  • Group 1: Domestic and Nearby: The United States and Canada.
  • Group 2: International: Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

In the event that your package is lost or does not arrive after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to find a solution and ensure your rights are protected.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Responsibility for Accurate Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. At Macdilo, each product is made to order or customized specifically for our customers. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in good condition and exactly as described.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement if your item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect

  • The product differs significantly from the description or approved customization

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

No Returns Required

Due to the nature of made-to-order and print-on-demand products, we do not require customers to return items. Returned products cannot be resold or reused, and this policy allows us to resolve issues faster and more efficiently.
