• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Business Days: Our production and shipping teams operate from Monday to Saturday (excluding Holidays).

2. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping rate of 6.49 USD applies to all orders. Free shipping is available for orders totaling 79 USD or more.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

We want to make sure you receive your package! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
