These signs are laser cut in our modern production facility from high-quality materials. Powder Coating Technology makes the product durable, outdoor usable.

We can customize anything with the design. If you would like something changed, just let us know.

Please note that for the metal sign product, the 8 inches size is too small for us to attach LED lights. Kindly consider choosing a larger size if you wish to include lights. If you select the 8 inches size, it will be produced without lights.

Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping.

Shipping Carriers: Our fulfillment partners ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination.

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $6.49 USD applies to all orders. Free shipping for orders of $79 or more.

2. Shipping Destinations (Service Areas)

We currently ship to the following countries, divided into two groups:

  • Group 1: Domestic and Nearby: The United States and Canada.
  • Group 2: International: Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

In the event that your package is lost or does not arrive after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to find a solution and ensure your rights are protected.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Responsibility for Accurate Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you find an error in the address after placing your order, please refer to our Cancellation and Modification Policy for details on how to change your order within the allowed timeframe.

Return & Warranty

At Macdilo, your satisfaction is our priority. Because all items are produced on demand, we only offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description or design you approved.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

1. Request Window (30 Days)

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if the item you received meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The product is incorrect, such as wrong color, model, or design
  • The product is not as described or differs significantly from the listing

Important: You do not need to return the item. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, returned items cannot be reused, and we aim to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Full Refund

We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Processing time varies depending on your bank or payment provider.

Free Replacement

If you prefer, we can resend a replacement at no cost to you. All shipping fees for replacement orders are fully covered by us.

4. No Return Required

We do not require customers to send the product back. This helps us speed up the resolution process and reduce unnecessary shipping costs.
