At Macdilo, we strive to deliver your custom-made items as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and fees below to know when to expect your order.
1. Shipping Timeline
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Our production and shipping teams operate from Monday to Saturday (excluding Holidays).

2. Shipping Costs
We keep it simple with a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders, regardless of size or weight.
- Standard Shipping: $6.49 USD per order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
We want to make sure you receive your package! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
- Macdilo is not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
- If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately (within 6 hours) via email.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit (status not updated for over 15 days) or marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact us at support@macdilo.com.
- We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
