2. Handling Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will promptly remove or disable access to the content alleged to be infringing.
  • We will notify the user or content provider that the material has been removed.
  • For repeated violations, Macdilo reserves the right to permanently terminate the account or cease providing services to the user in accordance with our “Repeat Infringer” policy.

3. Counter-Notice

If you are a seller or user who believes that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a “Counter-Notice” to us. This notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the material that has been removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your district (or the appropriate jurisdiction if outside your country).

4. Disclaimer

Macdilo operates as a Print-on-Demand platform. While we do not directly create all designs, we may collaborate with artists or allow customers to upload personalized images. We assume no liability for content uploaded by users, but we are committed to cooperating fully to remove infringing content immediately upon receipt of a valid notice.
